MotionX is a business-to-business platform. You must be authorised to act on behalf of a registered business and at least 18 years old to use our service.

3. Verification

Service providers must submit a valid UAE trade license. We reserve the right to suspend any account where verification fails or appears fraudulent.

4. Acceptable use

• No false, misleading, or spam content
• No use that infringes any law or third-party right
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform

5. Connections between users

MotionX facilitates introductions. We are not a party to any contract or transaction between buyers and providers and do not guarantee outcomes.

6. Fees

Use of MotionX may be free or paid depending on plan. Any applicable fees will be presented before you incur them.

7. Intellectual property

The MotionX brand, platform, and content are owned by AR MotionX LLC or its licensors and protected under UAE and international law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AR MotionX LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
